Item has been thoroughly inspected and there are not signs of any tears, rips, cuts, abrasions on the bungee cord but there are signs of minor dry-rotting developing on the rope. Comes with original carry bag and a black banshee soft pad for the cord, and the original "D" shaped handle that has tape on the sides as there are plastic edges that are known to crack when handle gets dragged across the ground which this unfortunately does have one one side.Comes with yellow lines.Actual photos of item that will ship out are attached.
