Will hild in a wood wall? How long is the arm extended out from the wall when mounted?

I mounted it directly into the stud. It is 15” deep when extended.

Can I lock my bike to this rack outside?

Even with extra strength screws, if someone really wants to steal your bike they can just ripped the rack off the wall.

Will this work for a step through cruiser model bike?
A:
I dont think so, step thru's usually do not have top cross bar, to place across the red portion off wall mount. Ask co. Directly

Would this work with a recumbent bike?
A:
No likely since the maximum hanging weight is 60 lbs....
Q:
What is the size of the mounting holes? I have to mount to a block wall and will need to get lag screws and anchors.
A:
Go with 1/4” x 2ea

Will this scratch carbon frame?

The hooks have a non-scratch rubber coating so should be no problem for carbon.
