New Made Dress fits Vintage 18” Slim Dolls Nanette Sweet Sue and other similarly sized dolls.
Next up from Flippityjib Dolly Fashions, a darling drop waist frock just perfect for 18” Nanette, or her friends such as Sweet Sue and Nancy Lee.
My model is 18” Arranbee Nanette (not included) The dress is made of a pretty blue cotton floral print. Fitted at the waist, the bodice hits just below the waist with tons of gathers. A generous amount of fabric gives a dress a sweet feminine look for vintage and modern dolls.
The short, cap length sleeves and round neckline are faced. Dress is finished nicely inside and out.
Navy blue ric rac on the hem is a cute 1950’s look. I added large Peter Pan collar made of crisp white organdy and a navy gross grain ribbon at the neck.
This dress closes with snaps and attached ties in back. Vintage decorative buttons are for style.

**Note! This dress was being made to fit a 16” Ideal P90 Toni. It does fit her, but I thought it looked a bit long on her. I’m still working on one for that doll if that’s one you’re shopping for 👍🏼
